The Danish yacht buiders Vanquish will be showcasing their 57 ft VQ58 during the Monaco Yacht Show from 25 to 28 Sep 19. The company claims to have sold four yachts already to clients in the Baltic, USA and Mediterranean, based on the design description. However, buyers will be able to see it in flesh at Monaco which is considered as the most glamorous yacht show in Europe.

The VQ58 hull is made from Aluminium. Vanquish offers the yacht in four models, open, wheelhouse, T-top, and fully enclosed. Being a luxury vessel, the company offers several customisation options ensuring no two discerning owners of the vessel will have similar yachts. Customisation starts right from the under deck layout. If you like to go alone for long cruises, the yacht offers a day lounge, a full-beam master suite and a VIP guest cabin for two with bathrooms. If you like to go for short trips with friends, opt for a three cabin layout. The opulent interiors are designed in partnership with Guido de Groot.

Vanquish offers an option of selecting either one or two garages to take your toys for some serious fun at sea. These garages can either be at the stern of the vessel or arranged at the stern as well as along the side. They can hold a VQ11 waterscooter, a Williams 285 turbo jet, sea bobs, paddle boards, diving gear and a fleet of other toys. Vanquish allows you finish the tenders and your other toys in the same colours as your VQ 58.

The VQ58 is 17.25 m long, has a beam (maximum width) of 5.05 m and draught of 900 mm. It has enough space for 23 guests, and caters to all their fun needs with a capacity to carry icemakers, wine coolers, fridges, various dining options and several biminis. It Carries 1.5 tonnes of fresh water, and 400 litres of fuel. There is an alfresco dining table which can seat 10 people at a time.

The company allows one to choose from a number of propulsion packages. Two Cummins Zeus Pods generating 600 HP each are offered as the standard propulsion. Another option is the two Volvo IPS 950 engines. These engines will push the VQ58 to a top speed of 38 knots (68.4 km/h). Not satisfied? Need a faster boat? Opt for the veloce package which installs two 1200 HP MAN surface drives. The veloce package increase the top speed by a whopping 32% to 50 knots (90 km/h). We are talking of speeds over water here.
