The Silverado is one of the most popular models of Chevrolet in the USA. The 2020 model year Silverado 1500 are now offered in two factory fitted special editions called the Midnight and Rally.

Whether it’s the sinister Midnight Edition or a sporty Rally Edition – special editions offer our customers a custom look direct from the factory that fits their unique personality.”

The Midnight Edition is focussed for off-road driving. It is offered on the LT Trail Boss and Custom Trail Boss trims. This includes a 2-inch factory suspension lift and the Z71 Off Road Package with Rancho® mono-tube off-road shocks. The car is provided with an automatic locking rear differential, skid plates, 18-inch black painted wheels and Goodyear Duratrac off-road tires. It has black Silverado badging, black grille, black Bowties, black bumpers, black exhaust tips and black off-road assist steps. The all-black appearance is accented by red recovery hooks. These cars are offered with either a 5.3L V-8 engine or a 6.2L V-8 engine. The former transmits the power to the wheels through a six-speed automatic while the latter uses a 10-speed automatic transmission. The 6.2 L engine produces 420 HP and 624 N-m (460 lb-ft) of torque. On the other hand the Rally Edition is road focussed. It is offered with the Custom and RST trims. You can order your trucks in Black, Red Hot, Silver Ice Metallic or Summit White exterior paint. These trucks have body coloured grille and black rally stripes to accentuate its road going bias. The reverse side has black Chevrolet tailgate lettering, black badging, black Bowties, black exhaust tip(s) and black assist steps. The Custom Rally Edition are fitted with 20″ black painted wheels while the RST Rally Edition has 22″. The Custom Rally is offered with a 2.7L turbo engine mated to an 8 speed automatic transmission, on the other hand Chevrolet has offered a number of power trains options on the RST Rally. These include the 2.7L Turbo with 8-speed automatic transmission from the Custom Rally or a 5.3L V-8 with 8-speed automatic transmission.
