Hyperloop TT and Gaussin Come Together for Revolutionary Freight Transport

Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (Hyperloop TT), is a company developing a new transportation concept for moving people and goods at very high speed safely. Guassin a French company that specialises in developing futuristic transportation solutions. The company has developed competence in autonomous technologies allowing for self-driving solutions such as Automotive Guided Vehicles, and the integration of all types of batteries, electric and hydrogen fuel cells in particular. Gaussin has more than 50,000 vehicles operating worldwide giving its a strong reputation in four fast-expanding markets: port terminals, airports, logistics and people mobility.

Hyperloop TT and Gaussin have come together to develop the AIV HyperloopTT electric self-driving vehicles. These vehicles will have precision docking with the cargo capsules of the hyperloop to allow for quick transfer of containers from the AIV Hyperloop TT electric vehicle to Hyperloop capsule. These autonomous vehicles would be used to move cargo containers from ports where they are received to the Hyperloop cargo terminus from where they would be transported to their destinations at very high speeds.

In addition to this specific role, these vehicles can play several other conventional roles in the field of logistics and transportation.
