Come 19th Nov and Volkswagen will be showcasing the seventh member of the ID family at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The car to be displayed is the seventh member of the new ID family of cars from Volkswagen. The car will be called the ID. Space Vizzion. It will be a wagon also called an Estate in Europe. The car has a smooth and aerodynamic shape with reduces Cd to aid range of the car as well as its performance.

The ID Space Vizzion is based on the new Modular Electric Drive Matrix (MEB) developed for the new generation of electric vehicles by VW. It has the space of an SUV combined with the shape of a Gran Tourismo. The IS Space Vizzion follows the family design pattern and has smooth curves across the vehicle. The front has a simple and uncluttered look with LED headlamps and diffused DRLs in the bumper.

The VW Space Vizzion, like all other members of the family will be powered by electric motors and is a fully electric BEV.

Inside, has a fully digital dashboard and the car has connected features as displayed on the earlier concepts of the ID. The MEB fully exploits the technical possibilities of e-mobility and guarantees long ranges, dynamic driving performance and a whole new level of digital networking. Keeping with its green claims, the interior is covered in Apple Skin, a new artificial leather made from residual matter left after production of apple juice.

The ID Vizzion has an expected range of 590 km (WLTP) or 300 miles (EPA). Its expected to be launched in its production version by end 2021. The other members of the ID family are, ID. , ID. CROZZ, ID. BUZZ, ID. VIZZION, ID. BUGGY and ID. ROOMZZ .
