Motoroyale, owned by Kinectic which is the largest multi-brand manufacturer for super bikes in India launched the MV Agusta Tourismo Veloce 800. The Veloce 800 is a well crafted touring bike with the DNA of racebike. The bike is powered by an inline 3-cylinder engine displacing 798 cc which produces 110 HP at 10,150 rpm. It also a geneates a torque of 80 N-m at 7,100 rpm. This power and torque is transmitted to the rear wheels through a 6-speed transmission. The Tourismo, keeping with its touring role has a broad torque spread with 90% of the torque being generated below 3,800 rpm. For safety and ease of riding it has 8 levels of traction control and ABS. Stopping power is provieded by Brembo disc brakes in front and rear. Convenience and protecion is taken care of by an engine immobiliser, cruise control, blue tooth and adjustable windshield. The suspension is taken care of by fully adjustable front suspension by Marzocchi and fully adjustable rear suspension by Sachs. The bike available in India in red and grey colours will start at 18.99 Lakhs ex-Delhi. First three customers can get their bikes at an introductory price of 16.99 Lakhs.
