The World finals of Lamborghini conducted one make series were held at the Circuito de Jerez in Southern Spain from 24 to 27 October 2019. Lamborghini took the opportunity to tease their new upcoming hyper car at the event. The teaser shows a very sharp and low car developed by Squadra Corse. The car has typical Lamborghini looks with interplay of sharp edges. A huge rear wing at the back will provide the down force for the grip required for racing, while a huge air scoop in the roof provide the necessary ventilation. The racing front hood is provided with dual air intakes to take care of all the cooling and aerodynamic requirements.

This car will be powered by a 6.5 litre naturally aspirated V-12 petrol engine delivering 830 HP. The power is transmitted to the wheels through a 6-speed sequential Xtrac transmission. This transmission has a structural load-bearing function, with respect to the suspension. The arms of the suspension are directly connected to the gearbox, guaranteeing optimal kinematics and a significant improvement in the stiffness to weight ratio. The new hypercar has an innovative mechanical self-locking differential. This allows the driver to adjust its preload dynamically to optimize driveability depending on the circuit and the conditions of the asphalt.
The car has an aluminium front frame joined to a carbon fiber monocoque for maximum safety. A steel roll cage around the engine improves torsional and bending stiffness to give a tight car for better handling.
